  • The role will traverse multiple functions as the need arises, giving you exposure to various aspects of the business.
  • You’ll be expected to handle work across Sales, Ops, Marketing, Alliances etc. If you expect a clearly laid out JD with KRAs and what not, this is clearly not for you
  • Whatever the job at hand, you will be expected to display complete ownership and take it to completion faster than you thought possible. Shock us and surprise yourself.
  • You might be responsible for expanding to a new location or hiring new people, or managing vendors and partners, or a dozen other things. And yes, all this might happen simultaneously too.

Product Manager

Job Description:

  • Conceptualizing & defining best-in-class research tools for our users
  • Translating these ideas into wireframes and detailing them out for implementation
  • Collaborating with other functions such as technology, UI, content, to drive the product execution 
  • Analyze user engagement, site performance, usage patterns via analytics.
  • Continuously improve and optimize the product based on usability tests, user feedback and bug testing
  • Leading the design of the eCommerce platform

Candidate should have:-

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce product management
  • Deep expertise in building b2b eCommerce product; 
  • Should be able to collaborate effectively with different teams
  • Good communication skills. Should be able to speak business and technical language
  • Strong detail-orientation
  • Knowledgeable about eCommerce businesses around the globe
  • Experience with web analytics & wire-framing tools
  • Strong sense of urgency & good project management skills to set and meet deadlines
  • Bonus points for entrepreneurship experience & interest in gadgets

Marketplaces Manager

The Ecommerce Marketplace Channel Manager will create and manage product listings, product advertisements on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Myntra, Shopclues,Flipkart etc. and grow sales in these channels to meet overarching company goals. The position will develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional team members in a fast paced and dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage the entire inventory records, and order fulfilment process with detail and accuracy

– Coordinate with brands and account/category managers and prepare regular MIS

– Monitor and manage customer reviews and complaints related to product concerns and assortment

– Maintain monthly and quarterly growth numbers across portals.

– Manage individual and bulk listings, update product data/ specifications/ images/ pricing/ discount etc.

– Reports generation, sales analysis and replenishment of inventory to avoid out of stock of critical sku’s.

– Monitoring promotional activities across all marketplaces.

– Work will involve extensive use of spreadsheets, email correspondence and work with online control panels

– Analyzing ageing stock and try to liquidate on online platforms

– Preparing and sharing stock sheets with online parties and following up on payments

– Monitoring the price of competitors

 

Qualifications and Experience

-BA/BS degree
– Minimum 2-5 year’s merchandising and marketing management experience
– Background and knowledge of the Ecommerce and online Marketplace Management
– Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail and accuracy, and be a demonstrably creative thinker.
– Display initiative to remove obstacles.
– Negotiation and vendor management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point software

 

CRM Associate

Duties :
– Day to day execution and management of emailers, sms, webpush, app push and on-site user notifications
– Seamless execution of emailer and push notification campaigns for brands on crm platform
– Understand and identify user buckets and understand user journeys basis each brand and eComm vertical
– Seamless and timely execution of campaigns
– Contribute ideas to improve the roi metrics for brands like returning purchasers
– Increase customer satisfaction by digging deeper in their domain/business and coming up with innovative campaign ideas
– Day-to-day liason with campaign & account managers on campaign developments
– Coordination with internal tech, design, marketing team to ensure campaign deliveries
– Pro-actively providing inputs and ensuring work completion across client projects
– Tracking, analyzing & summarization of campaign deliverables and process monitoring
– Identifying gaps in user journeys and how to improve user buying cohorts
– Competition study and analysis of there strategies

Desired candidate will have :
– 1-2 year of experience in email and sms campaign management
– Techincal understanding of emailer, push notifications and how they work
– Understanding of eCommerce and user journies / funnels
– Know how and past working experience on atleast 1 crm platform
– Effective verbal & written communication skills
– Detail oriented and in-depth understanding of his/her deliverables
– Logical and analytical approach and a problem solving attitude
– Out of the box thinking and innovative strategies that can help improve client’s accounts
– Hard self-worker with an attitude to prove himself, hunger to learn more & passion to grow

Techincal skills:
– Understanding of platforms / tools / technologies like or similar to netcore, silverpop, webengage, intercom.io, etc
– Analytical platforms like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel

Operations Manager

Duties :
– Day to day execution and ads management across ad platforms like google, facebook, programmatic and native
– Monitoring of key metrics for each client account and coming up with solutions to ensure deliverables are getting achieved
– Seamless and quick execution across ad platforms and a strong technical knowhow
– Contribute ideas
– Day-to-day liason with campaign & account managers on campaign developments
– Pro-actively providing inputs and ensuring work completion across client projects
– Tracking, analyzing & summarization of campaign deliverables and regular progress monitoring
– Keyword research, campaign structuring and and ability to do basic analysis
– Figuring out mutually beneficially beneficial payout models and terms with every affiliate.
– Focus on growing new relationships with key partners, negotiate contracts and pursue ways to secure long-term relationships.
– End-end responsibility of outbound reach, forming deals, campaign set up, tracking, integrations, delivery & reconciliation
– Coming up with new & innovative ways to promote the brand with publishers
– Ensuring latest promotions updates with publishers and strong understanding of there modes of promotions across different publisher types
– Look for, identify and onboard new publishers based on industry vertical of the client
